£500 Build W/ Monitor and peripherals

Im building a pc for a friend, he has £500 and wants a new pc, he doesnt want to get used parts (even after me saying he would get far better performance if he did but he wouldnt budge) He needs a monitor aswell as keybaord and mouse.

I think a G4560 H110 RX460/560 system would be better. The 1050 Ti in your list has the wrong price, and isn't in stock on Amazon. The PSU is quite crap. And I would like better peripherals.

when I said he has £500 I mean thats ALL he has. His parents are buying it and he was originally only going to get 400 but was able to stretch it to 500, he cant go any more

Then change the keyboard/mouse set to the £23 Devastator. That would put the total at just under £500
