My Lenovo yoga 10 HD +'s screen is cracked

It worth getting it fixed as it's a pretty old tablet?

Unless you can find a replacement on eBay and DIY it, no.

Screen replacements do have the higher costs associated with them, you could find a replacement on the used market.
