Bios is not in English send help or translator please, also strange fps issue

Sorry if this is not the correct place to put this.

 

Simple - bios is not in English, i've tried to reset the bios, its still not English z97 extreme 4 

 

full- I am trying to figure out why BF1 only runs at about 45-50 fps on my rig, i5 4690k 3.7ghz gtx 980ti and 16 gb's ram running at 1080p, I get that fps even with everything on low and the difference from low to ultra only being about a 7-10fps loss. I ran a couple benchmarks today including Intel extreme tuning utility's benchmark which ranked my cpu at 483 point along with sustaining 53 degrees c, and i also ran heaven benchmark 4.0 turning everything up as high as it would go and held 65-144 fps 76-80c depending on the scene (running in 1080p). a buddy of mine with a lower end pc runs the game just fine with 60+ on high settings. So i thought my issue may be Intel's cpu turbo boost, so i was wanting to disable it in the bios, but the bios is in another language.

 

So if anyone has any input or suggestions for either issue, i would be very grateful, thank you.

Probably you just need to find the word "language" in that other language and change it to English, unless it really comes with no English version.

I have never seen a language option in a BIOS. This is why I said download the English version and flash the bios.

I definitely have it in at least one ASRock motherboard, but I don't have access to it right now to check how many languages it includes. I don't have the same certainty about others, so I would have to check. 

I tend to assume there is one due to that, but maybe not boards have it.

Good to know. I've yet to see it on any of my machines. Maybe it's something new with UEFI?

Lmao guys i have the same motherboard and found the language button. It's right on the bottom
