Which build should I get?

I've been thinking a long time about this. A lot of people say it's preference whether I should get Intel or AMD. I can't decide, but I put together 2 builds :

I.
AMD Ryzen 5 1400 CPU
Asus PRIME A320M-K MB
1x8GB DDR4 2133MHz HyperX Fury RAM
Seasonic S12 II 520W PSU
Asus EAH5750 GPU (from my old PC)

II.
Intel Core i5 7400 CPU
Asus Prime B250M-K MB
1x8GB DDR4 2133MHz HyperX Fury RAM
Seasonic S12 II 520W PSU
Asus EAH5750 GPU (from my old PC)

I will mainly be using it to kill time, play some games (ex. CS;GO, Rocket League) , watch youtube, and use it for very light programming (starting courses in September). I want to upgrade, because my old PC is not very good for the today's standard's (AMD Athlon II X2 250, 4GB of RAM). Also, I will be changing my GPU as well, but I don't have the money for a new one yet. I plan on buying a GTX 1050, or a Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 560 (both 4GB versions, because 2GB won't be eunogh for long now). I am not totally sure of the RAM choice.

if those are what your budget allow regarding your preferences atm, i will say wait a bit if you want intel, dont go for core i5. coffee lake i3 will have 4 cores like i5 with lower price hopefully. if you dont want to wait then Get ryzen 1400 but with atleast a B350 motherboard which is not that costly & yes more faster Ram like 3000-3200MHmz. Ryzen benefits performance from faster ram.
