My ISP Says That Instead Of A Modem They Give Us A Media Convertor(Changing My ISP).What Is It And Does It Support Wireless Conecctivity For Mobile Devices???

A media converter will convert the signal from one type to another(fiber to copper for example), it doesn't do anything else.

if your new ISP is going to give you a media converter, then you should buy your own router to connect to it.
