1080p on 900p Display?

PokeCatz

Will 1080p look blurry on a 900p display because of scaling or does it scale perfectly?

Depends if your using something like Nvidia DSR. Without fancy interpolation it will look pixely. You might be better off just running native 1600x900.

what will down scale the video output ? windows or console or /....

The monitor will not accept the 1080 signal ?

Just run your machine at the native display resolution, pushing more pixels than it can display will cause fuzziness and weirdness

I was just thinking if I was watching YouTube at 1080p wouldn’t it look blurry on my 900p display?

Downscaling from a resolution higher than the display will always look blurry.

Watching a YouTube video at 1920x1080 at a resolution of 1600x900 will downsample it. On fine text it will look a bit blurrier but for the most part it would look cleaner than watching a 1280x720 video on a 1600x900 monitor.

No it will look like a 1080p video downscaled to 900p. it's more likely that it will look better.
