If you do like Opera, who is your favourite opera singer?

From the title i thought it was a thread about browser.

I do like opera, but I don't really have a favorite singer. 

The places I usually go to experience classical music and opera have quite frequent changes in their line-up, so I get to experience a lot of different singers from around the world, 

But it also mean I never get to get ant in-depth experience with any one singer.
