Yes the Corsair ML fans are not bad pressure fans.

Corsair is a very good brand but you need to have fan control to ensure they are silent.

okay great! i might buy some then! i was looking on buying a pair noctua fans but they wouldnt match my black and white theme so..

As said you will want to control the fan speed as with many fans if you run them at 100% it will be noisy in terms of air turbulence.
