Need a nuc but there is so much options

Could someone help me choosing one?

I need a nuc or a similar one, needs to be small, compact, have windows 10 already in it. It is only to do simple tasks, browsing the internet and wathing videos

(I was looking at this one

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M24W77N/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_UJtDzb13RY82Z)

And wanted to keep the budget around this price, 150 ish dollars or lower

Yes

I mean, does the total cost of a bare bones+storage+ram is cheaper than an entire one?

Grab a NUC off eBay, you can find them pretty cheap on there.

If you don't care about the desktop background and a watermark you can download and use Windows 10.

Honestly I think your pricing requirement makes it pretty difficult. I'd almost just go with building a smallish PC.
