Great monitor!  I paid about 500$ new and it's worth every penny!  some people complain about "banding" but just don't forget it's a TN panel and you should be good

These refurbished monitors might be a better idea anyway. When it comes to all these IPS G-SYNC 144hz they tend to have bad quality control, at least for Asus and Acer from my experience.

So if it's refurbished then it's likely to have been checked for any issues and you're much less likely to have to return it!
