My buddy has an i5 2400 CPU and wants to know which would be the best graphics card for him? Are there any sites I can visit to check?

Thank you in advance

Used is fine. He is hoping for 1080p gaming he mainly plays shooters whether it's third person or first person. He know he will have to upgrade is PSU though.

I'd say an rx 570 or 580 would be generally good.

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious
