Review on how to sell old games

So, I've got a bunch of consoles and games that I need to sell. I'm just curious as to how other people get this job done because I'm hoping to learn new techniques and faster methods in doing it. Thoughts?

Depends on where you are from. I usually use local places (as in national things, not international like eBay) and have great success.

Just be sure to clearly list what you have. Do a bit of research too so you won't get ripped off.

Other than that it is just about posting your stuff.

I occasionally sell second hand games or consoles and often sell bundles of magic or yu gi oh cards and they sell usually within a couple hours or a day.

Local listing sites, eBay. Just create a listing with a... list... of all your games and the asking price for them. Keep the list up to date and reply as fast as you can.

I usually get my PS3 games or oldies via listing sites and I generally end up getting them from the same 4 people and I usually get a couple days notice when new stuff is in stock, before they hit the market. Have gotten some sweet deals so far (Heavenly Sword for $5, which is half the asking price. Don't ask me why I wanted it, it's just one of those games that I played when I was a kid and that I never got to own)

check around and see if there are any retro or used video games stores and see what they offer.  That should provide the baseline price and ebay will provide the maximum you'll likely to get.

With that in mind you can try your hand at craiglist and see if there are any bites.

Aha, no way!

I used to be a big Yugioh player and slightly got onto MTG.

Is it cards you still have and sell or?

It's just some cards that I come across that I resell. I'm a Pokemon card collector, which means I often buy hoards of unsorted 'cards'. Which may include yu gi oh and MTG cards (usually not MTG though, the people that have those cards usually don't throw them in with other sort of cards)
