This is the 1st time I am unable to install something from google.... 

Did anyone have similar issue before?

I would recommend repairing your disk permissions too.

I just checked how to do that. Seemed like I need to boot into recovery mode...

Also does a clean install might fix this?? 

I still have the usb and too lazy to do it the proper way...
