The 1030 should perform at around 50% of a 1050Ti.

A 1050Ti is about 20% faster than a 1050.

A 1050 is about on par with a 560.

A 550 is about half as fast as a 560.

The 1030 should be about 20% ahead of a 550. But both cards are still terrible buying options.

Something completely off topic, but, that looks like a question I'm going to see on my maths paper.

Doing the math in my head here... somehow comes up to the 1030 as 10% faster not 20%?

Let a 560/1050 be the baseline -- 1.00.

A 1050ti is about 20% faster than a 1050 -- 1.20.

A 1030 is half as fast as a 1050ti -- 0.60.

A 550 is half as fast as a 560 -- 0.50.

So 0.60/0.50=1.20~> 20% advantage to the 1030.
