Best mid-range board with External Clock Generator for non-K Overclocking

Can anybody recommend one? I am looking for a board that can OC non-K Skylake CPUs (and in particular ES non-Skylake CPUs) well and with minimum hassle. Around 100 usd

honestly, I dont recommend that any more.

Something like a ASRock Z170 Pro4S or Extreme4+. You'll have to find the right BIOS for the boards though.

Can I surpass 150 bclk with the Pro 4S? What's the difference between the 2.

Edit: What does the S stand for?

Lower features or so, generally the Extreme4+ would do better with features and overclocking.

How much bclk can I achieve on the Pro4 compared to the extreme 4+?
