My brother wants the hyperx cloud 2 and we found this guy selling it for cheap on amazon but it seems too good to be true so is it legit or not ?

I would recommend if the price is super low not buying unless it's sold and fulfilled by Amazon, now maybe he bought too much stock or something, but that seems a little low to be 100% genuine.

Not if the seller's not fulfilled by Amazon. You won't get the returns and other perks associated with Amazon unless it's fulfilled by Amazon. This is a very new account, so it's very likely not fulfilled by Amazon.

Yeah as returns are also accepted so even if it is fake he can return but needs to pay return shipping.

Amazon Marketplace is basically Ebay.If you contact Amazon Support they'll contact the seller

This is amazon.You do not pay return shipping if you get scammed.I have done this on multiple occasios and Amazon has alwasy helped me up

It depends as in amazon india if the seller dosen't ship using amazon transportation services and ships the item from other courier service then we need to pay return shipping and I think it is the same for every amazon.
