Asus X99 Deluxe and Fan Xpert Issues

Hello all,

I kind of feel like an idiot right now, but I am having issues getting my pwm fans to control properly.  I put some new Silent Wings fans in my computer to stop my vardars from screaming and quiet my rig down a bit.  I set my fan curves for my water pump and fans within the UEFI bios as I normally would and set them to PWM control.  Everything looks fine in bios.  I exit and reboot.  For whatever reason, when I boot back to desktop, Fan Expert 3 decides it doesn't want to detect chassis fan 3 nor follow the curve for my pump.  The pump will shoot right to max rpm and the fans will surge up and down.  Rig idles at 28-32C and the curves are not set for anything that low and the fans and pump shouldn't do much of anything.  Any thoughts with this?

Thanks

X99 deluxe don't have a water pump header. I believe the 2 does, but i could be wrong. For the fan spooling up and down. It happened to me before, can't remember how it was fixed. I think, I reset bios to default. Then head over to fan xpert and ran their fan optimized wizard and then set profile to auto. Not auto then it's performance.
