Confused b/w 2 laptops

i am thinking of buy gaming laptop. but i'm stuck with two laptops.

1.Dell Inspiron 15.6" 4K touch.

2.HP Omen AX248TX 15.6".

That's a 4GB 1050, not a 1050Ti.
