I'm not used to the euro but I'm not sure that there is an Italian Euro

Italian uses the normal euro. The same euro as germany and most of the EU.

I just put italy for my location only.. but it's normal euro.. i don't know if there any site in us or europe that sell components for a affortable price and ship to Italy.. because here in italy cost a lot because of tax..

For cpu you have 2 options: 6 core (AMD) good at gaming and super fast at multitasking and doing a bunch of stuff at the same time or a 4 core (intel)  better at gaming but with reduced multitasking 

GPU: 480/1060 (around same perf, great at 1080p and ultrawide only the 480 has freesync) or 1070 (higher end on freesync)

Monitor: it would be good for you to get one with freesync as it doesnt change prices but you get better experience if you pare it with an amd gpu

Nice explanation.. i can up my budget to get i5 7600k/ryZen 5 1600 and gtx1070/rx580 but i don't know what is better.. and the monitor..1080/144hz or 1440p?..and can i use freesync monitor with nvidea gpu?

144hz is better IMO, and no the freesync will not work then. Also if you opt for 1440p, keep in mind even though you may not be able to run it but 4K is the same price( at least in Murica)

Ok.. then it's better to get a rx580 and 144hz free sync monitor..1080p or 1440p?

1080p 144hz freesync monitors start at around 200$ and 1440p ones start at around 400$
