Can the Corsair Lighting Node Pro be plugged in to the Corsair Commander Link Mini?

No the Node is a RGB controller hub and interfaces with USB, so they are two separate systems unless the Corsair link software itself has something within it to do that process. As for chaining LED's together yes they can do that as long as it doesn't exceed it's power limit or capacity.

in addition can you daisy chain multiple normal corsair lighting kits?
