Monitor best settings

i know that each indiviual montitor is slightly different but does anyone know what setting are best for picture quality on a Dell IN2020M. it is a 20" 900p monitor. i am using DVI

I use this http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/

Just focus on the gamma calibration, black level and white saturation.
