Razer cortex down?

Anyone else have many problem with the razer cortex daily reward and getting Zsilver. Any idea what razer is going to do for fixing this issue?

that has always been a problem with razer....

something down? eh, we will fix it later

like its okay to be down for 1-2 hour after lanch, but not 24 hour's twice.
