Very impressive, but I still want my rig to look good, so the noctua cooler is not for me. Btw are pumps prone to breaking on AIO's?

No they are not, and you can simply RMA it if it breaks within warranty period

Install the ISO from Microsoft onto a USB using another computer, install using that, and put in the license key when prompted.

You should be able to create a boot USB on any other computer, Paul's hardware has a quick overview here that could walk you through it...  WIN10 USB 13:09

Sounds simple enough, thanks for the help! Btw should I get an i7 or an i5, I just want a cpu that will last me a good 4 years at least without bottlenecking any other components

AIO coolers are generally reliable, and have a definite advantage for overclocking.

An i7 will last longer for gaming as others have said, so you may want to invest in one if you've got the budget.  I personally use an i5-6400 (and GTX 960) in my own gaming PC, but I was on a budget when I built it.  It handles my own games perfectly fine though, including the massive detail patches I've put in Minecraft (which is a very demanding game once you've added high res detail packs and shaders!), but I can already see its limits and may upgrade to an i7 eventually.

The PC we built here for video editing uses an i7, and no matter what we throw at it, it just says "Ha! Is that all you've got?"  It's so powerful, I think it may actually be writing its own AI personality in secret.  We're having to keep an eye on it to make sure Skynet doesn't happen.
