rise of the tomb raider crashing

hi, whenever I try to play rise of the tomb raider it crashes. I get to the home menu and it loads and the second the game starts, it crashes. it says there was a problem that made the program crash. if anyone could help that would be great.

what does the crash message say. specs?

Normal Tomb Raider does the same for me
