ASUS warranty for Graphics Cards

jcastro_805

I'm considering buying a used Asus GTX 1080 and I am wondering if the warranty is transferrable because typically MSI warranties are but EVGA warranties aren't but I have not heard about Asus

No. Asus warranties are not transferable

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

No, they aren't. And even first hand they aren't that great. I'd probably recommend buying a store warranty from wherever you get it. It took me 6 months of arguing and a complaint to the BBB to get a motherboard replaced through them.

I have to agree with @themctipers and @Rune the warranty is not transferable and while you do get a good warranty period it can take almost that whole warranty period to do one RMA but the products are first rate IMO and the new cooler on the 10 series GPUs are the best to date.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.
