Well, with an i7, GTX 1080, Full tower and flashy lights, it can obviously only be for one thing:

Solitaire.

For starters you'll need a PSU, either modular or not, with the proper outputs for the motherboard, processor, GPU, storage, etc.

Main System: Phobos

AMD Ryzen 7 2700 (8C/16T), ASRock B450 Steel Legend, 16GB G.SKILL Aegis DDR4 3000MHz, AMD Radeon RX 570 4GB (XFX), 960GB Crucial M500, 2TB Seagate BarraCuda, Windows 10 Pro for Workstations/macOS Catalina

Secondary System: York

Intel Core i7-2600 (4C/8T), ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3, 16GB GEIL Enhance Corsa DDR3 1600MHz, Zotac GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1GB, 240GB ADATA Ultimate SU650, Windows 10 Pro for Workstations

Older File Server: Yet to be named

Intel Pentium 4 HT (1C/2T), Intel D865GBF, 3GB DDR 400MHz, ATI Radeon HD 4650 1GB (HIS), 80GB WD Caviar, 320GB Hitachi Deskstar, Windows XP Pro SP3, Windows Server 2003 R2

Yeah if you got a modular supply they will all be included in the box if not then they will already be part of the PSU.

i7-6700k | Cooler Master 212x | ASUS ROG Strix 1080 | 16 gigs Avexir Raiden Green RAM (because plasma tubes always improve performance) | ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING/AURA | Phanteks Enthoo Primo SE Green

They all come with the PSU, but you also want to make sure you know which are your PCIe Power cables for the GPU and which is the EPS Cable (different from 24-Pin, usually 4+4 or 8 Pin labelled EPS) for the CPU power on the Motherboard.  Also may still need Sata power if you have an optical drive or other peripherals.

They will come with the power supply and motherboard, all you need is a cable to connect to a monitor or tv.

Everything else comes with components. Data cables with mobo, power cables with PSU, front panel connector cables with case, fan cables with fans. HDMI, DVI and DisplayPort (I think) are only ones you need to get unless you don't already have them.

Generally speaking it's good to get your psu after you pick your mobo and gpu, then you can make sure you get one with the proper cpu cable connector as well as proper gpu connectors, but as others have said the cables come with the psu. Once you have your parts figured out you can ask for help to make sure your psu has the proper cables and can handle the load might help to also get a good psu so check out this thread
