So, what's the best SOC under $50 that can run windows?

Sorta like a raspberry pi

I dont care about specs that much

look in ebay, you will find lots of old Xeon processors. if you are talking about single board computers, look in ebay.

I assume you mean single board computer? I doubt you have the uber expensive equipment needed to work with BGA form factor processors. 

 

As for single board computers the basic one I know of is the LattePanda.

Yeah, look for a first gen Compute Stick. I managed to find an almost brand new one for $30 on Craigslist but it was the 1GB RAM, 8GB of storage model so I don't know how well Windows would have worked on it...

Look for a second-hand Latte Panda (if you can't afford a new one) or an older Intel Compute Stick.
