my USB used to be 4gb but now it only shows 100mb.. how do i get it back to its orginal size?

partition editor in windows, looks like there was an EFI partition on there once and ur PC is assuming that partition is the whole drive

Copy EVERY FILE (INCLUDING HIDDEN ONES) onto your PC

RIght click on the drive in FIle Explorer, hit Format, and follow the steps

Copy what? the USB is empty.. and i've tried to format it but its still the same size..

Check diskpart through CMD. If you were making a bootable drive, there is a chance that the controller became damaged and will likely never be fixed.

yup just as predicted, delete the small partition, and create a new one across the whole drive
