They are actually way bigger than I thought. Probably because they are private no one hears about them. I know they have insane seeding demands. So most use sees boxes to stay relevant.

Update: Telia, the largest ISP in Sweden, says that this ruling "does not apply to them" and will therefore not block anything just from this ruling. Since the three year legal battle only specified Bredbandsbolaget, Telia says that they don't see why they would need to block any "so called piracy site" (their words).

 

Bahnhof (my ISP) has also made several comments regarding this, saying things such as "we are mailmen, and mailmen don't read everyone's mail nor do they decide which letters should and shouldn't be delivered".

You might not even need to do that. According to some people, the block is only for ThePirateBay's old domain name (since the case took 3 years to resolve). This is not actually about blocking ThePirateBay though. It's to set a legal precedent that ISPs can be forced to act like the police.
