Cryorig R1 universal blocks MBO slots?

Does this Cryorig R1 universal still blocks first MBO expansion slot?

because i have mATX board which first GPU slot is first and not second as in this picture...

If that pic is accurate, then yes. PCIe slots are about same place because its part of the ATX standard. Smaller cooler like H7 maybe is fine.
