Mic not working, doesnt show bars or hear in Xsplit

Hi,

 

I found a mic with headphones and attached it to my computer, but here is the thing, I do not know the manufacturer and it doesn't hear what I say in the mic

 

Can I instead plug it in to my DualShock 4 and program it to use the mic that in the Controller or no?
