Upgrading to a New Motherboard

Hiya I am upgrading my desktop PC with a new mother bard and a new CPU. I got windows 10 for this computer (a full legit version, not an upgrade from 7 to 10) I head that when doing this windows 10 could freak out and say its a new computer. So I was just wondering what was the best way to upgrade it with the least amount of problems.

 

Oh yea and the motherboard and CPU I am upgrading to has been used (it was my brother's and then he got a new one so I get his old one) 

 

Old mother motherboard: Gigabyte AMD FM2+ A68H SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 mATX ATX DDR3 2133 NA Motherboards GA-F2A68HM-H

old CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K Black Edition CPU Quad Core FM2+ 3700Mhz 95W 4MB AD860KXBJABOX

 

"new" motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970

"new" CPU: AMD FD6300WMHKBOX FX-6300

No real way to avoid it, plug everything in and hope for the best. Worst case scenario you have to get Microsoft to reactivate your machine
