Upgrading to a New Motherboard

Hiya I am upgrading my desktop PC with a new mother bard and a new CPU. I got windows 10 for this computer (a full legit version, not an upgrade from 7 to 10) I head that when doing this windows 10 could freak out and say its a new computer. So I was just wondering what was the best way to upgrade it with the least amount of problems.

 

Oh yea and the motherboard and CPU I am upgrading to has been used (it was my brother's and then he got a new one so I get his old one)

GPU-  EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC ULTRA
RAM- CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO 32GB 3200Mhz 
PSU- Cooler Master MasterWatt 650 Watt
HDD- WD Blue 4TB
SSD- SanDisk Ultra II 500GB SATA III
Case- Custom Made Desk
Motherboard- ASUS ROG Strix B450-F Gaming

Microphone- Blue Snowball Ice

Monitors- MSI Optix MAG24C and Acer KA240HQ Abid

No real way to avoid it, plug everything in and hope for the best. Worst case scenario you have to get Microsoft to reactivate your machine
