He's doing a remarkable job translating Japanese to fluent English on the fly on a live stream being watched by more than 400,000 people.

Assuming it wasn't scripted, which... If any part hasn't been scripted, it's that one. I don't speek Japanese, but that guy still sounded unpredictable.
