Network card not receiving internet

Hi

Yesterday I bought a network adapter  (tp link TL-wn881nd) for my Windows 10 pc and after installing the card and some 3rd party drivers that claim to be windows 10 compatible I have been getting the no internet issue. I can log into my router but my pc is not receiving and internet. Currently every other pc in my house is able to receive internet but my gaming pc dose not want to.I have called the retailer I bought this card form and he claims that the card is already windows 10 compatible and doesn't even need drivers. I suspect some setting on my pc is the problem. Please help P_20161209_123717.jpgPlease help
