What I'm looking for: 

Android phone

Decent cameras (front and back facing)

Fairly mainstream (Nexus, Samsung, HTC, etc)

5-6 inch display 

64 GB of internal storage or 16/32GB internal with SD card expansion

You should be able to get an s7/HTC 10 used for around 330-350 if you stretch, otherwise S6/S6 Edge is probably your best bet imho.
