PSU wierd noise

SeaSonic S12II-520 4 y.o

Started making these wierd noises (mp3 file attached)

 

This will also cause some distortion while playing audio from speakers..

I tried to stop fan, noise didn't dissapear, so it's def not faulty fan.. Anybody know what's produces this sound and how to fix this?

 

No visible signs inside..
