Cryorig R1 Ultimate RAM clearance

Planning an upgrade from my Xigmatek Dark Knight as I find the fans too loud and temps a little too high for comfort for my 6600k...
Anyone has experience with the R1 Ultimate and how's the RAM clearance like? Currently using an Asus Z170-A and G Skillz Ripjaws and hope I can at least use my 2nd DIMM slot for the best configuration.

It's universal, the fan can be raised up/down to allow for RAM clearance.

This should give you a good idea, the fans can be moved up higher with the clips as in the photo to give that extra clearance:

Ah thanks, didn't know that you could adjust the fans while looking at reviews online. Should work out for me then

if u havent bought the cooler yet grab a deepcool assasin 2 its like 1-4degrees worse than noctua d15 and its cheaper and it gives more ram clearence
