Looking for a good video camera for youtube

I am looking for a high definition camera that can get a wide angle shot of some people spread across a couch. Im looking for something in the 3 to 5 hundred dollar price range. (US)

Do you have any camera experience?

Will you need to connect things like mics up etc?

Need WAY more information

Literally any modern camera can shoot HD at some people on a sofa..heck just film it on an iPhone in 4k or something if that is literally the only shot you need

What else will the camera be used for? any other work?

Have you looked at camcorders that fall in your budget range?  Look on B&H.

yeah but without any more information i could basically just say any camera

as alwin says, perhaps look at a decent 1080p camcorder in your price range, probably your best and easiest option
