Displayport 1.3 / 1.4 where to buy?

well, the title says it all.

i have searched but couldnt find any sites that sell DP 1.3 / 1.4

is it even out yet XD? if not release date?

What do you mean? Displays, video cards, or cables? 

For displays, none have been released yet, wait for HDR.

For video cards, all Pascal and Polaris cards support it.

For cables, correct me if I'm wrong but I think you can use old cables.

Displays with DisplayPort 1.3/1.4 will be out when the displays start supporting over 4K @ 60 Hz like 4K @ 120 Hz or 4K HDR @ 60 Hz.

Graphic Cards with DisplayPort 1.3/1.4 are already out although they just support DisplayPort 1.3/1.4 but are Displayport 1.2 certified.

Cables are the same across all versions.

 

The main reason why DisplayPort 1.3/1.4 are not mainstream yet is that Intel's current Skylake or even the upcoming KabyLake processors are not compatible with DisplayPort 1.3/1.4. The CannonLake processors which will be out in late 2017 are expected to support these. 

Till then, no 4K @ 144 Hz.

so how much fps does a DP cable support @ 4k? and can you link me 1?

I think display 1.2 is 60hz, 1.3/1.4 is 120hz

Officially it's 4k at 120hz with HDR, but I think the bandwidth is technically high enough to go even higher than 120hz, at least with DP 1.4.

DP 1.3 and 1.4 have the exact same bandwidth. The maximum for both without compression is 3840×2160 at 120 Hz with 8-bit color without HDR. Anything higher, like 144 Hz at the same settings, is out of reach, and only achievable using DSC (compression).
