Budget gaming pc

Hey, I am currently switching between two builds, I am looking for a fairly good budget build that still looks good, a theme such as white and black, black and red etc

Intel core i5-4690k             amd fx-6300

EVGA gtx 750 ti                 msi gtx 950 gaming

8gb hyperx kingston             8gb hyperx kingston

s340                                      corsair carbide spec 02

corsair cx 430                         corsair cx 430                                          

white and black                             black and red

$1100    CAD                                  $1000 CAD

tips on both systmems please, thanks, forgot to put mobo, intel build is z97 KRAIT MSI, amd 970 pro gaming aura

both psu's are bad, get a seasonic s12II or anything from seasonic

the gpu on the intel... why? its 1000$ build, get a 970/390

everything else is good, u can get a 380 instead of a 950

Your build is a little skewed. The GPU is really low end. I don't know why it is like that. I just whipped this up.

i5 6600K are 300$, GTX970 are 420$+, and so are 390s

The 380x is a excellent gpu for the money but to save a bit and sacrifice a little performance get the 380.

Thanks, sounds good, but I want to stick with a nvidia card because (correct me if I'm wrong) nvidia is compatible with Linux and radeon isn'tisn't

the fx 8320 isn't good for gaming anymore compared to the other cpus, and AMD gpus do have drivers for linux. get the other rig instead
