I want my laptop for basic uses setting if up ask a afk always on machine 

 

any programs that would help me with this??? I need to to uses the least power possible and need it to restart on its own and resume what is was doing

In your power options, set it to never goto sleep, then create a batch file that runs the applications and process you want and place it in the start up folder.
