Good Encryption Software

Just wondering what's some good encryption software to use? I've seen TrueCrypt and KeePass2 but I was just wondering if there's anything or anything better

I believe those are both password programs. I'm sure they're just as secure as any other.

data, I want to get as much stuff encrypted as I can because I love high security, I figure this would be an okay place to start
