Text not displaying properly

(Sorry if this has been posted before, looked and didn't see anything).

 

Its odd, this thread doesn't display properly, like the text(and quote box) is ignoring the width limits.

 

I'm Using Chrome 48 on Ubuntu and Android, and Mozilla 44 on Ubuntu.

Oh, and I'm not using any special useragents, Chrome(and Mozilla) on desktop are set to their default UA's and the mobile Chrome is not set to use the desktop site. This is the only thread I have seen do this.

I've seen that on mobile. It happens when people paste with formatting from external sites.
