Lenovo G505 stuck in "preparing automatic repair" loop

So I went to install some basic updates on my laptop (Windows 10 x64) and, although it is one of the worst laptops I've ever seen, I did not expect it to do this. Now, if I reboot it says "preparing automatic repair" and then nothing happens. If I shut it down and restart it the same thing happens. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Have you tried yanking the battery out during the loop?

Almost as cool as my temps

Actually, I'm not quite sure how to enter the bios on a laptop... I tried to a while ago but I couldn't get in

Can't on a Lenovo IIRC.  They lock down the BIOS.

I tried that, and it didn't fix it. However, the loop goes much faster now and it says diagnosing your pc

If you can get to any sort of menu you can fix it from there.

Perhaps leave it for some time and see if it goes anywhere.

Actually, it's booting properly

I got into a repair menu and I think it fixed it. Yep. Just booted. Simple fix but had no clue how to do it. Thanks
