Samsung 850 Evo RapidMode

Hi, I got the Samsung 850 Evo 250gb model to store my OS and programs on for my computer. I noticed in the Samsung Magician software that there is an option called RapidMode. Is it worth it to turn it on? Will it improve program loading speeds? FYI I have 4x4gb sticks of RAM installed in my system.

It probably wont improve load times, if it will, it wont be very noticeable. But it probably is for people who move lots of files, it seems like it would decrease the lifespan of your SSD which is why it's not turned on by default.
