How do I get rid of Spigot Yahoo redirect?

Everytime I open IE or Chrome it always goes to: http://ca.search.yahoo.com/?type=198484&fr=spigot-yhp-ch

I tried to change homepage, but it wouldn't work. I also tried adware cleaner and rouge killer and its still there.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

do you have any of their toolbars installed? also do a virus scan, and malware scan
