JoshM

Hi everyone,

My school laptop has been blue screening and i have been told that i need to get the code that comes up on the blue screen and it will tell me whats wrong with it, but when it happens im too slow to get a pic/ write it down.

I dunno if this will help determine the issue but if there is any information that can help it would be appreciated.

Don't want to hand it in straight away as i have assignments due and they are slow at fixing things and aren't a really good IT group...

Cheers.

Not really sure what that means but if it's a school laptop I'd just take it back to them so they can sort it out.

Well then you wont do anything about the problem then. That message you got only contain the Windows version and region. Only way is to bring the laptop the that IT department i say straight that you can access the files that contain details about the BSOD and like to leave the laptop to them soo they can fix it. Well that or you can work with it with occasional errors or reinstall Windows.
