Welcome to the Forum.

Please don't use two separate posts like that, it can become very annoying.

Are you sure you put the panels on right? If so then you should be able to call the support number which should have come with the case on the box and in the info leaflet and see if they'll sort you out, if this is actually a problem and it's a big enough deal to them.

Sig under construction.

My panels on the r4 aren't great, but usually if you apply pressure on all the edges it goes in quite easily. More often than not it's just the panel bending so it doesn't fit into the grooves. I'd suggest laying it on it's side when doing it. Also, a few more angles would be nice to see exactly what the problem is, it's a little hard to see with just the single angle.

Looks like you have the wrong sidepanel on there, the R4 came with a ventilated motherboard sidepanel or a windowed, and that one is none of those. Anyway, I had the same problem, I measured the case and found it to be crooked, and I just bendt it straight again.

EDIT: Just realized that the OP did say that they swapped them over, derp.

Well if you swap them over then of course they won't exactly fit?

I hadn't read it properly, I just assumed they knew :)

I swapped them around because the other one would stick out
