alleyn321
Go to solution Solved by alleyn321,

The are 3 Pin not 4 Pin sorry

Fans were set to PWN instead of DC thats why they always ran at 100%

Thanks for trying to help!

Hi LinusTechTips people

I connected 2 fans to CPU Fan slots on my motherboard ( 4 pin fans )

They are not used to cool down the CPU as my CPU is watercooled but that should not be the problem.

What ever I do with the speeds , silent, Max , Standart and even manual when I set speeds , temperatures when the fans should go 100% etc etc nothings works the fans just go like crazy at 100%

Any idea?

Are they 3 pin or 4 pin? You'll only want to use 4-pin PWM fans.

That's very strange. You may have a defect board. The same thing happened to me yesterday, coinciding with my other board issues.
