Game i play most is PlanetSide 2, which is very CPU intensive. How high will i have to OC my CPU before it isnt a bottleneck?

in single threaded games yes, in multi threaded games, no.
same is true for everything yet people dont get this.

It isn't going to bottleneck a 980, or even two 980s.
